Highly qualified public is a highlight at the second edition Automec Heavy & Commercial 2010.
The Fair received 28,517 visitors during the fives days it was held.
São Paulo, May 05, 2010 – Doing business with clients from Brazil and Abroad, and the presence of a highly qualified public were the highlights of the second edition of Automec Heavy & Commercial (2nd International Fair Specialized in Parts, Equipment and Services for Heavy & Commercial Vehicles). The event, held from April 27 to May 1st, brought together 480 brands of national and international exhibitors, and received the visitation of 28,517 people, among businessmen and buyers from the domestic and foreign automotive industry, auto-parts and accessories merchants, mechanical shop representatives, fleet operators, logistics professionals, among others.
The fair has become a milestone in the calendar of the national automotive sector! Hércules Ricco, Reed Exhibitions Alcantara Machado director of Fairs, says that the 3rd edition of Automec Pesados & Comerciais will be from April 10 to 14, 2012, in view of the interest demonstrated by the exhibitors, resulting from the success of the event.

The event is already consolidated, and has become a milestone for the calendar of the national automotive sector ", said Hércules Ricco, Reed Exhibitions Alcantara Machado director of Fairs.
Automec Heavy & Commercial is supported by the principal Brazilian entities of the sector: SINDIPEÇAS (National Union of the Industry of Components for Automotive Vehicles), SINDIREPA/SP (Union of the Industry of Vehicle Repair and Associates of the State of São Paulo), ANDAP (National Association of the Distributors of Auto-parts), SICAP (Union of Wholesale Trade of Parts and Accessories for Vehicles of São Paulo) and SINCOPEÇAS (Union of Wholesale Trade of Parts and Accessories for Vehicles in the State of São Paulo) and SAE BRASIL. The following also support the event: CÁMARA DE AUTOPARTES DEL URUGUAY (Chamber of Manufacturers of Automotive Components), CAPAFAM (Chamber of Manufacturers of Auto-parts and Motor-parts of Paraguay) and AFAC (Association of Argentine Component Plants).
